Demi’s career pathway has been eclectic, with a background in photography she has a high appreciation for creative industries. She’s worked as a Business Manager, EA and Office Manager both in The UK and in New Zealand, where she lived for 7 years before returning to her hometown of Brighton.

From a National Museum, to a successful fintech start-up, she’s passionate about creating warm environments, that run efficiently for everyone. Working closely with boards, CEOs and teams to find what works best for them to thrive. As a Sustainability Consultant outside of her Office Manager role, she’s guided Propellernet through their B Corp recertification alongside many other businesses across multiple industries.

Living in New Zealand gave her a love of hiking and just generally being outside, so outside of work, she can be found exploring the Downs, resting on the beach, or enjoying sunshine with friends.
