Buckle Up: Propellernet Enter Third Year With Auto Trader
This summer we are excited to be entering into our third year of working with Auto Trader, using Digital PR to build brand awareness and organic visibility for their New Car and Electric Car offerings.
Propellernet has been working with Auto Trader, the UK’s largest automotive platform, since the summer of 2022 where we focused on improving rankings for their Sell-My-Car pages. Our Digital PR work for that first year has recently been shortlisted for the ‘Best Use of PR in a Search Campaign’ at this year’s Global Search Awards, and over the past 12 months we’ve turned our attention to producing the same SEO gains for Auto Trader’s Leasing pages. Over the last year for Auto Trader we’ve:
- Created dog treats formulated to calm car-sick pups’ tummies (along with research showing which dog breeds are most likely to be car sick in your leased car)
- Proven that the parallel parking manoeuvre causes drivers the most stress
Last year we also started Digital PR work to raise awareness of Auto Trader’s fantastic electric vehicle propositioning and we’re looking forward to continuing our Digital PR focus in this area over the next 12 months. As a company with B Corp status, we’re hugely proud to be working with Auto Trader who has gone to incredible measures to help promote the benefits of electric cars and make the switch to electric as easy as possible for drivers.
